Malcolm Gaw Performance Consulting (MGPC) specialises in business, team & personal strategic planning & execution to achieve predetermined objectives & goals. Over the years, Malcolm has been directly involved in a wide range of industries from the retail, sales & services sector; human capital; the airline/logistics industry; health, pharmaceutical and medical; education & training; packaging & logistics; entertainment; computer/technology and the financial & banking industry.
Initial partnerships start with a critical analysis of the current & future challenges facing the industry & more specifically the company. In comparing the company’s internal capability to meet these challenges, various organisational & leadership development interventions & projects are prioritised to give the company a competitive advantage in the market. It is Malcolm’s expertise to facilitate this process to get the company to become more efficient & effective, improving profitability.
These strategic planning & execution interventions rely heavily on a performance management system aligned to the business objectives. Malcolm is fanatical about a structured, documented, disciplined approach (managing by projects) to getting personal & company results. He has designed & uses his simple but effective planning process & documentation with detailed & specific action plan sheets to ensure delivery & accountability. Malcolm is a highly versatile performance consultant & facilitator focusing on individual, team and organisational performance. He has facilitated numerous workshops at executive and senior levels both locally and internationally, and is held in high regard as a facilitator. As facilitator, Malcolm focuses on the two common denominations of performance and accountability, whether on an individual, team or company level. He is regularly asked to facilitate strategic planning sessions for companies and to assist with transformation challenges.
Malcolm has fulfilled the roles of tutor/assessor, moderator, facilitator and faculty member at different business schools and Corporate Universities for their Leadership, Management and Supervisory Development Programmes. He is a Services Seta accredited assessor.
